Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by your lodge driver-guide and transferred to Samburu Sopa Lodge. Check in and enjoy lunch, followed by some time to relax by the pool or on your veranda overlooking the river. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive in Samburu National Reserve. Focus on finding the iconic Samburu Special Five. Also watch for elephants, lions, and leopards near the water. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. After breakfast, you have the option to relax at the lodge, or you may choose a full day game drive with a packed lunch to explore more remote sections of the reserve. Look for lions on the hunt, leopards resting in acacia trees, and herds of elephants crossing the dry riverbeds. In the late afternoon, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
