This Safari Trail takes you to the most famous park in Kenya. All accommodation will be in very comfortable permanent tented camp in which you have options to choose your preference. You will be touring in a luxury private safari vehicle with a Driver Guide.

Details

Day1: NAIROBI – TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will drive to Tsavo East National park which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants, the famous man-eating lions and other physical attractions like Tsavo river and Arub dam. You will also have a chance to see the red elephants and many types of flora and fauna. Arrive in time for lunch and after lunch enjoy the afternoon game drive at the park. Later after the game drive back to the camp for dinner

Day 2: TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY

After breakfast you will have a full day game drive at the park on Morning and Afternoon and evening game drives. The park is home to numerous animals, including The Big Five: lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and Cape buffalo. The rivers around the park are also home to most of this wildlife, and crocodiles eagerly hide within the dark depths, waiting to pounce on anything brave enough to approach the shores.

In the evening, after the game drives, you will drive back to the camp for dinner

Day 3: TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK - AMBOSELI

You will be picked up from the airport or the hotel by one of our representative and drive to Amboseli. Lunch will be along the way by the help of the driver guide. After lunch relax and later on proceed to Amboseli. Amboseli National Park is located in the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro – Africa’s highest – whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. The animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli is renowned for its huge elephant herds. You are likely to see buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals. After the afternoon game drive, you will get back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 4: FULL DAY AT AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast you will depart to the park for the morning game drive and afternoon game drive and later be back at the camp

Day 5: AMBOSELI - LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast you will drive to Lake Nakuru.  Upon arrival you will have lunch and later after lunch you will enjoy the afternoon game drive at the park. After the game drive you will drive back to the camp for dinner.

Day 6 : LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA

After breakfast you will be picked up from the hotel by the driver guide and drive to Masai Mara, so named to mean the “spotted plains” in the Maa language. This is home to the greatest concentration of large mammals and is widely recognized as Africa’s ultimate wildlife reserve. The park is the northern extension to the vast Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, famous for its annual migration of wildebeest. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive until sunset in this spectacular place of breathtaking sceneries, never-ending plains and the most abundant variety of wildlife remaining anywhere in the world. The landscape is made up of rolling savannahs dotted with patchy shrubs and bush thickets.

Day 7: MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

After breakfast you will spend the rest of the days in game watching on morning and afternoon game drives. Wildlife is abundant in the Reserve with the gentle grasslands ensuring that animals are never out of sight. Birds are prolific including immigrants, 450 bird species have been recorded among them 57

birds of prey. Every year the Mara plays host to the world’s greatest natural spectacle; The Great Wildebeest Migration from the Serengeti. The big cats – lion, leopard, and cheetah – follow the wildebeest, essentially their main source of food, into the Mara. So the Mara at this time is literally packed with wildlife, providing lucky visitors on safari with superb sightings of game.

Day 8: DEPART

After breakfast you will depart to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will have lunch on own account and after lunch be dropped at the airport in time for your international flight which will be 3 hours before the flight or to the hotel.
